Fosprenil, 10 ml (Injection solution)

Fosprenil contains, per 1 ml, 4 mg of the disodium salt of polyprenol phosphate as the active substance, and as excipients: 0.03 ml of glycerin, 0.029 ml of ethanol, 0.0025 ml of Tween-80, and water for injection — up to 1 ml.

The medicinal product can be administered by various methods: subcutaneously, intravenously, intramuscularly, as well as orally via drinking water.

When storage conditions are observed, the shelf life of the medicinal product is 2 years from the date of manufacture.

A contraindication to use is increased individual sensitivity of animals and birds to the components of Fosprenil. No cases of overdose have been reported during use. No specific effects have been observed upon first administration or upon discontinuation of the product.
